What’s the difference between “Original” and “Non‑Original” (Compatible/Remanufactured) cartridges?

Are non‑original cartridges safe to use in my printer?

Absolutely! All non‑original cartridges are fully guaranteed. Manufacturers can’t void your warranty unless there’s proof the printer was damaged by using a non‑original cartridge—and if that happens, we’ll handle the repair.

How fast is shipping and can I get express delivery?

Orders placed before 10:30 am on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery timeframes across Australia are generally:
